Shipping policy

Our shop is an official store of The Skin Supreme. 

Please note that, for the time being, shipping is limited to within Japan only. If we begin selling and shipping to other countries in the future, we will notify our customers accordingly.

Shipping from The Skin Supreme official website will be fulfilled from Amazon Japan's warehouse starting on August 16, 2024. Since it will be handled by Amazon for domestic delivery within Japan, it will take approximately 3 to 7 days for your order to arrive.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters or unavoidable shipping situations.

Amazon Japan will handle the packaging and shipping of our products. Please note that the packaging may differ from other online platforms, as it is determined by Amazon's fulfillment center.

We always strive to deliver products to our customers as quickly as possible.

Order Notes

Please double-check your address before placing your order. (Once the payment is completed, changes cannot be made)
If the delivery address is changed after arriving in Japan, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The recipient's name must be written in the individual’s name in Japanese or English alphabet.
If delivery cannot be made due to an unclear address or long-term absence, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for reordering and returning the product.

Customs

Products purchased from our store are generally treated as "personal imports" and are shipped directly from the warehouse in Korea to the customer.
Products shipped from overseas may be subject to customs duties and consumption tax at the time of customs clearance. The tax amount is not determined at the time of order and is confirmed at customs clearance.
For personal imports, to ensure that the tax amount per shipment does not exceed the limit, and if the total amount of products in Japan exceeds 16,666 yen, customs duties, consumption tax, and customs fees will apply, and customs clearance will not be possible. (Please make sure to order in quantities of 24 or fewer products and under 16,666 yen)
Even if the total product amount is less than 16,666 yen, taxes may be applied if the items are not eligible for tax exemption.
Products imported for personal use must be used by the ordered themselves. Selling or transferring products to third parties is prohibited by law.
